  • We’re located in Omaha’s historic Benson neighborhood at

    6007 Maple Street, Omaha, NE 68104.

  • We’d like to keep our events intimate with 50 guests maximum.

  • Our goal is to accommodate different types of events. That’s why we have options of renting by hour or day rates. Contact us for more information!

  • To secure your date we ask for a 50% deposit that will apply towards your remaining balance.

  • The following options are available at this time:

    Public parking lot

    2729 N. 61st St.

    Obey parking lot signage

    On-street parking

    For Maple Street and Military Avenue parking stalls:

    2-hour maximum from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    No time restriction between 5:00 pm and 2:00 am

    No parking between 2:00 am and 6:00 am

  • We offer options of round or rectangular tables, chairs and white linens. If you would like something custom, we can manage your linen order. You will need to provide tableware.

  • We are handicap accessible.

  • We have a list of vendors we love working with if you need suggestions, but outside catering and alcohol is welcome after approval!

  • We have options of adding decor and event set up for an additional fee, but set up/tear down time is included in your rental if you need.

  • We understand life happens! In the event that you have to cancel your event:

    You may cancel any time up to 90 days prior to the Event Date for a full refund.

    If the event is cancelled between 89 and 30 days prior to the event date, you will be charged 50% of the rental costs.

    For cancellations 29 days prior to event date, you will be charged 100% of the rental costs.
