We’d like to keep our events intimate with 50 guests maximum.

Our goal is to accommodate different types of events. That’s why we have options of renting by hour or day rates. Contact us for more information!

To secure your date we ask for a 50% deposit that will apply towards your remaining balance.

The following options are available at this time:
Public parking lot

On-street parking
For Maple Street and Military Avenue parking stalls:
2-hour maximum from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No time restriction between 5:00 pm and 2:00 am
No parking between 2:00 am and 6:00 am

We offer options of round or rectangular tables, chairs and white linens. If you would like something custom, we can manage your linen order. You will need to provide tableware.

We are handicap accessible.

We have a list of vendors we love working with if you need suggestions, but outside catering and alcohol is welcome after approval!

We have options of adding decor and event set up for an additional fee, but set up/tear down time is included in your rental if you need.

We understand life happens! In the event that you have to cancel your event:
You may cancel any time up to 90 days prior to the Event Date for a full refund.
If the event is cancelled between 89 and 30 days prior to the event date, you will be charged 50% of the rental costs.
For cancellations 29 days prior to event date, you will be charged 100% of the rental costs.
